Woman Gets Restraining Order Because Hubby Litigates

After three years, Attorney David Grossack, of Newton, Massachusetts, was able to vacate a restraining order for a woman who accused her professor ex-husband of abuse - he litigated too much. Restraining orders are to protect persons from physical abuse, not court process.
