EIGHT YEARS to overturn a false allegation from a DCF (Un)Fair Hearing.

Today, I received notice from the Massachusetts Dept. of Children and Families that an (Un)fair hearing to overturn a false allegation of abuse against a man, was finally decided. . . . . nearly EIGHT years after he requested the hearing in 2008. Thankfully, it went in his favor.

The DCF regulations require them to make a decision within 45 days after the hearing, not twice 45 months. When I called the DCF to ask if they were going to discipline the hearing officer for such a terrible violation of this gentleman's rights, the hack spokesman saw no problem with that kind of service.
