The feds are investigating corrupt Connecticut family courts. A task force has fielded TENS OF THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS about them. See the article below.

NEW HAVEN, Conn., February 5, 2015 — The U.S. Department of Justice and representatives of five federal law enforcement agencies announced this week the establishment of a public corruption task force in the State of Connecticut. The task force will investigate corrupt public officials, the misuse of public funds and related criminal activity. DOJ Feb 4 – Task Force Announcement

Some state officials have suggested that the task force’s first order of business should be to address problems with fraud and corruption in the State’s family courts. According to the Connecticut Judicial Review Council’s website, the 25 member committee has fielded tens of thousands of complaints filed by consumers against Connecticut judges, however, fewer than than 11 judges have been subject to public disciplinary hearings since the 1980’s.

“Public servants are entrusted by all of us to act in the best interests of the public they serve. It is important for the United States to bring to justice those who betray that trust,” said FBI Special Agent in Charge Patricia M. Ferrick. “Public corruption at all levels of local, state, and federal government must not be tolerated, and this task force will leverage the best assets of the task force partner agencies to address the threat posed by corrupt public officials.”

CT, My rights have been violated, My sons rights have been violated. They are using COVID as a mechanism to drive between parents and children.
Before i go any further, i am not perfect. I have not always made the right decisions, but what happened here is ILLEGAL and they're getting away with it.
I had prior involvement w DCF, they opened a case when my son was born. I was clean, he was clean. There was THC in the meconium, but i stopped as soon as i found out i was pregnant. Yet my document states i used heroin throughout my pregnancy, Subutex throughout my pregnancy. And then right after it states those things- it states there was only THC. The investigator had a preconceived notion of who i was based on her and my EX having multiple arguments. I still had my documents from my other case and i saw that she changed the word K2 to heroin. I asked them how they transferred the information and they stated they just copied and pasted it. So it was intentional. (mind you this drug test read as : Positive CONFIRMED negative) That means its negative, but they took my kids anyways. Now 4 years later i have another child, and not only did they doctor the past, but they stated 4 reasons for removal;. 1. No housing (not true) 2. No income (not true) substance abuse (not true) 3. Domestic Violence (true)
I got into a car accident and shortly after tested positive for cocaine. I don't do coke. Either way i then had 8 more tests at my dr office and i asked him to send them to the lab. His cups where wrong and they found no metabolites in my system. I gave my DCF worker (Amanda Parsons- out of Norwich CT) The letter my Dr. wrote up stating these facts.
COVID hit, the day before my first court date. My son was severely neglected in the foster home. Then a surprise virtual court date. Amanda denied any knowledge of such proof to negate the facts they had, said she had no idea what i was talking about. The Lawyer for my children said "Mother would be wise to agree to send the kids to FL or we can have a TPR ready in 6 days." I also pleaded for a new lawyer, she never calls me back and when she should be speaking with me about what is happening she is speaking to them. (never got a new lawyer)
When i signed on to this court hearing they'd already decided to send him 1000 miles away. to two people over the age of 75 that had no relation to him. This past September he returned, then after a few months they took the in person visits away again.
When I asked for the dates of that hearing to get the transcripts, when she finally did respond she gave me the wrong dates. After speaking with the clerks office, they said they could only find one court hearing and it was only three pages long. I cant find the transcripts for this.
My Son's father was abusive in every way. I asked for help, called my caseworker for help, DCF had prior knowledge of abuse. (someone called it into the hotline they came to the house and spoke with us and then later stated they where not opening a case because it had nothing to do with the children) All the "facts" and "reasons" for taking my son where false, they blamed me. For not saying something sooner, and because when he got out of jail the courts gave him my new address and told him he couldn't go there. Restraining order. (In open court concluded that i must have given him my address!) My son never saw any violence. DCF in court stated i called my caseworker and said i told my caseworker i wanted to die, that i was suicidal. (not true) In the last court date, the amount of manipulation was absurd. Lies, manipulation, things they may have heard or maybe made up themselves.
I was actively trying to leave this guy. Making plans with my sister to leave him while he was at work i was going to take my son and go to her. DCF should not be allowed to fabricate documents, make up facts, threaten people, or insist they continue with incompetent representation. Shouldnt be able to Hear someone say something and write that as a fact in an official court document. And then go under oath and lie and take a tiny bit of information and interpret it all wrong and make it into something so far away from the truth. I don't understand how they don't see what they've done to my son. Do they think they're protecting him from me? Because i got a letter from DCF after the last altercation with my sons father and it stated all charges where unsubstantiated. It stated i was of no physical or psychological harm to my child. It stated he was. I have letters in the documents they wrote stating i have all the necessary skills to care for a child appropriately.
He was taken about 6 months before COVID hit. The following

New Haven Family court scandal... officers and court employees are manipulating fair outcomes by making decisions outside the courtroom.

Jane Emons, former judge, removed my child through the Connecticut court system. She ignored every right of my daughter and I to remain together.

My daughter NEVER LIVED IN CONNECTICUT AND ONLY VISITED OUR FAMILY HOME IN GUILFORD AND BRIEFLY VISITED MOM IN CT(mom took that visit to illegally file custody against national standards for residence).

Allison Hanson was arrested 2016 for disorderly conduct, June 30th 2017 for assault, and again September 20th 2022 for assault in front of my daughter! This was not mentioned by my Attorneys at last court date 09/23/2022

The assigned GAL was OBLIVIOUS to the arrest and is DISMISSIVE of my 11 year old daughters innapropriate sexual activity.

Review the case... it's on in the docket for February 23rd, 2023. Mom told Emons she "doesn't want full custody" dad's rights were stripped because Emons decided she didn't like me. My phone died before I could show years of photo documentation and data logs of phone communication were left on the airplane.

This in criminal court would be a mistrial and thrown out!

Now most recently my ex parte motion was denied due to the GAL providing testimony on behalf of a clearly confused and misguided child.

It’s funny how most of this comment is false and medical records can prove that the child did in fact live in ct from 2013 on, until you acted in parental gate keeping of the child twice. She was removed from your custody due to a felony arrest for numerous charges including drug charges. And your history goes on to show quite a few drug charges in Georgia, florida, Nevada, Connecticut and California.

Looks like the man, Benjamin, hasn't had any legal problems in years based off a quick Google search.
The lady mentioned, Allison, looks like she's enroute to jail or a psychiatric facility based off Google searches.

No one likes an unnecessarily violent person. I wonder who all she has attacked that may come forward with complaint.
